Andrew brings many years as a Chartered Engineer working in both public sector and private corporations, bringing about transformation to business operations in a controlled, transparent and practical environment.

Douglas brings complex manufacturing experience, coupled with commercial and environmental knowledge, to enhance the processes and their application.

Together, with their team of specialists, they have created the TxP™ process of transformation which has consistently delivered bottom-line improvements to their clients.
